The Evolution Loans Manager is a business solution software created and designed by Evolution Media Group toenable Financial Institutions properly manage complex business transactions, securely store data and easecomplex money-related business calculations.The Software is subscription-based and the different rates are detailed in this documentationThe main organizational goal of the software is to enable businesses make critical decisions on how to run theirfirms.The Software has features that enable firms make short-term and long-term decisions and these features havebeen tried and tested in and proven to be functional and accurate depending on the information fed into thesoftware by the users.


The information and Data entered in the Software is stored locally on the Client’s Computer and can easily be retrieved without necessarily using an internet connection. An Internet Connection is only required when backing up the data. The Data being backed up is stored on the Evolution Media Group Servers and can always be retrieved whenever the firm needs it.Information about how to back up the information is provided in this documentation and the Software itself.


First of all thank you for starting to use the Evolution Loans Management Software. After getting/downloading the zipped file of the software onto your computer/Laptop, you should unzip it and you will see another folder where the software set up is located. In that folder, you will also find the a small text/notepad file with instructions for installing the software. Double click on that file to view its contents.Follow the instructions one-by-one until the software is successfully installed onto your computer.After Installing the software, enter the name and details of your Business/SACCO/Microfinance/Credit/Finance/Savings Firm and click submit at the end.After entering your Business' details and submitting, you will prompted to CONTINUE, click CONTINUE and enter the Email Address and Password you entered while registering your business in order to login.This takes you to the dashboard


After entering your Business Details, Now is the time to enter your Clients.Entering your clients enables you to manage their loans or savings and their data carefully and in an organized way, and this is how its done.After logging in to the dashboard, there is a top navigation bar with links like, DASHBOARD, ALL CLIENT, NEW CLIENT, ALL LOANS, ENTER NEW LOAN. Click on the link NEW CLIENT, this takes you to a new page where you will be able to to enter the details of that client including his/her passport sized picture, his/her bank account number (if he has any) and all required details


With the Evolution Loans Manager registering a Loan application is very easy and flawless and this is how it goes.After logging into the software, the top navigation you will the following links: DASHBOARD, ALL CLIENT, NEW CLIENT, ALL LOANS, ENTER NEW LOAN. Click the *ENTER NEW LOAN*.This will take you to a new page where you will view a listed table of all members that you have so far registered.For the member/client who wants to apply for a loan, click on the button NEW LOAN that is in the same row with that member's/client's name. You can click TOPUP LOAN if that client already has a loan and wants to add another.You will then be taken to a page where you can enter the details of that Loan. After entering the details you can go on and view and Print a Report to hand to that Client, you can also save it as a PDF on your computer
